Gateway Factory – Creating the European Hub for Deeptech Startups

The University of Cologne, RWTH Aachen University, and Heinrich Heine University Düsseldorf have joined forces with the Start2 Group and other Cologne-based Gateway universities to establish the Gateway Factory. The goal is to develop established start-ups into internationally successful scale-ups.

Gateway Factory provides industry-specific support for scale-ups in four sectors: personal health, future computing and engineering, future regulatory demands, and sustainable infrastructure and mobility. These form the interfaces through which scale-ups, corporations, and universities are integrated.
